Nestled in the heart of Lunenburg, the Lunenburg Inn offers a charming getaway that beautifully marries modern comforts with a vintage aesthetic. Despite experiencing a power outage due to Hurricane Lee's passage, the innkeeper's thoughtful preparation ensured our arrival was hassle-free, with delightful homemade cookies awaiting us. Our stay in Reuben's room was nothing short of wonderful, featuring a spacious ensuite with a luxurious whirlpool tub-perfect after a day's exploration of this picturesque town. The breakfast was a standout highlight, with fresh, locally inspired options that fueled our adventures, and the inviting garden provided a serene space to soak in the coastal beauty. A second night would have been ideal, allowing us to further explore the nearby Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic and enjoy the lovely town atmosphere.
